Dj Fozilla-Rockin The House Volume X
What's going on everybody! I just finished the latest installment of my series "Rockin The House"...This volume has a lot in store, make sure to check it out! On this one, we have a brand new chill track from Kaskade (the artist who brought you "I Remember" and "Move For Me" with Deadmau5). I started off a few years ago by making monthly Electro House mixes, which is primarily my specialty. I also play Progressive House, but the two are sometimes similar to each other...This is the February 2010 House Mix! Enjoy!

So as an artist, I like to see my mixes more as works of art, emotional, artistic, and tasteful, as opposed to other artists, which coincides with much of music becoming impermissible. Anyway, I have a series of House mixes entitled, "Rockin The House", which I have been working on since approximately the beginning of 2009. I see these mixes as defining the most positive, best House songs from a given point in time (our time!) I hope to see that, in the future, people will look back on some of these mixes and say, "Wow, so this is how house music was in the late 2000s, 10s, etc.". So here we go, I am not going to start from the very beginning of these mixes, rather, I will start with mixes starting from this year, 2010. So, here we go!

What's up, thanks for checking out the blog! My artist name is DJ Fozilla, I specialize in making mixes consisting of House music, different types of House music. A lot of my work is posted randomly on sites like Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Soundcloud, etc. I thought it would be best to just try to post everything in one spot, right here!
Just as a side note, to my Muslim audience, I feel its important to mention this, especially since I have another blog called Psychology: An Islamic Perspective. Music is questionable in the opinions of many. From my research, I believe that it is permissible depending on the content, and general theme of the music, as well as how it is used. For example, people will assume that since I play this sort of music, that I participate in going to clubs, where alcohol is served, and a lot of ignorant behavior is taking place. This is not the case, I do not plan on going to any of those types of events. Generally speaking, I make these mixes as a hobby, and nothing more. I hope that people may benefit from it in someway or another, in a good sense. I have many reasons as to making mixes and making songs, and I believe that with the proper content, it is permissible, and there is evidence of this in hadith.
